Salesforce integrations

Connect Salesforce to everything your business runs on

Most Salesforce problems are really data problems between systems. We design integrations that keep records in sync, recover from failure and can be traced when something goes wrong.

Kanixa builds Salesforce integrations with ERPs, billing and payment platforms, data warehouses, marketing tools, legacy databases and embedded or IoT systems. We use REST and SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture and Named Credentials, with retry logic, logging and monitoring so integrations stay reliable after go-live.

What changes when we're done

Measurable engineering outcomes delivered for your business.

Discuss your goals

One version of the truth

Clear system-of-record rules per object and field, so sales, finance and operations stop arguing about whose number is right.

Failures you can see and fix

Every sync is logged with retries and alerts. When a partner API goes down, nothing is silently lost.

Room to grow

Event-driven patterns that respect governor limits and API allocations as your volumes increase.

Salesforce integrations: common questions

Have a question that isn't answered here? Ask our team directly.

Do we need middleware to integrate Salesforce?

Not always. Many integrations run well with native Apex callouts, Platform Events and Named Credentials. We recommend middleware only when volume, the number of systems or your team's skills make it the better long-term choice.

Can you integrate Salesforce with a system that has no API?

Often, yes. We have worked with file drops, database connectors, email parsing and small custom services that expose a legacy system safely to Salesforce.

How do you handle integration errors?

Every integration we build logs requests and failures to a custom object or external logging tool, retries transient errors and alerts a named owner when a human needs to step in.
