AppExchange app development
Ship an AppExchange app customers trust on install
We design, build and package Salesforce apps for ISVs and for companies turning internal tools into products. Architecture, second-generation managed packages, security review preparation and listing, handled by one team.
Kanixa builds Salesforce AppExchange apps end to end: product architecture, Apex and Lightning Web Components, second-generation managed packaging, security review preparation and post-listing releases. We work with ISVs and with companies productising an internal Salesforce tool, and we stay on for upgrades, support and new versions.
What changes when we're done
Measurable engineering outcomes delivered for your business.
Pass security review the first time
We build to Salesforce's review checklist from day one: CRUD/FLS enforcement, no SOQL injection, secure callouts and documented scanner results.
Upgrades that don't break orgs
Namespaced 2GP packages, versioned APIs and push-upgrade planning so subscribers stay current without support tickets.
A product, not a project
License management, feature flags, onboarding flows and LMA setup so you can sell, trial and support the app properly.

AppExchange app development: common questions
Have a question that isn't answered here? Ask our team directly.
How long does it take to build an AppExchange app?
A focused first version usually takes 10 to 16 weeks, plus four to eight weeks for Salesforce's security review. We plan the review into the timeline from the start, so it doesn't become a surprise at the end.
Can you help us pass a security review we already failed?
Yes. We read the review findings, fix the code and configuration issues, re-run the scanners and prepare the false-positive documentation Salesforce expects with a resubmission.
Do you build on 1GP or 2GP?
New apps go on second-generation managed packages. If you are on a first-generation package we can maintain it or plan a migration when it makes sense for your subscribers.
