Kanixa Technologies ("Kanixa", "we") is the controller of personal data collected through https://www.kanixa.com. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Details you send us through the contact form, email, WhatsApp or our booking page: name, email, company and your message.
- Analytics data (pages viewed, device type, approximate location) through Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity, only where you have consented or where consent is not legally required.
Why we use it
- To reply to enquiries and provide our services (legitimate interest or steps prior to a contract).
- To understand and improve how the website is used (consent, for visitors in the UK, EEA and Switzerland).
Who we share it with
Service providers who process data for us: email delivery, Cal.com for scheduling, WhatsApp (Meta) when you message us, Google and Microsoft for analytics. Some are located outside your country; where required we rely on standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months unless we start working together. Analytics data is retained according to each tool's settings (14 months for GA4).
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the UK GDPR, EU GDPR, PIPEDA and Australian Privacy Principles) you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to processing or withdraw consent. Email vitap@kanixa.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
