The challenge
Compliance history lived in a legacy database and shared drives. Customers emailed for inspection certificates, and staff spent hours finding them.
What we did
- 1Cleaned and mapped years of inspection history in rehearsed test migrations.
- 2Configured Salesforce to track sites, assets and inspection schedules.
- 3Launched an Experience Cloud portal where customers download their own certificates.
- 4Trained office staff and ran two weeks of hypercare after cutover.
The result
Inspection history is searchable in one place and customers retrieve their own compliance documents.
